This week we are privileged to be part of the team of Learning Programme Experts engaged by the Higher Education Authority(HEA) to have an interface with the newly developed online accreditation system.

With the accreditation process now being digitalised, the new system is expected to improve efficiency, transparency, and consistency in programme evaluation.

This development will strengthen quality assurance mechanisms and contribute significantly to enhancing academic excellence and maintaining high standards in higher education institutions in Zambia.

The moment you realize that no one owes you anything is the moment you begin to step forward in life.

And when you understand that putting more effort into a broken system only multiplies frustration, you begin to think differently and start creating your own path.

Start from somewhere. There is no dignity in begging as an adult. The moment you begin creating value, things start to change.

At Sanitas Fitness Gym, I work with a team of four young people. I have decided that we will not hire a cleaner but we will clean the place ourselves.

This is to demonstrate that when times are hard, we must be willing to put aside our qualifications and do whatever honest work is available.

There is dignity in fending for ourselves and in earning through hard work.

To the youth;start where you are, use what you have, and keep pushing forward. The future belongs to those who are willing to work for it. 💪
