4. Salary increment for civil servants
5. License for small scale miners
6. Reduce electricity prices
7. Reduce fuel prices
8. Construction of a mega hydro power station in Luapula.
9. Value addition on copper
10. Youth empowerment and soft loans
11. Increase tourism in lower Zambezi and northern province
12. Kasama and Kalumbila airport to be upgraded to international
13. Stadium construction in Southern, central, Western and Eastern provinces
14. Livingstone to Lusaka upgraded to Dual carriage
15. Construct of 10,000 housing units in Lusaka to be mortgaged to Civil servants and our people
16. Upgrading city market, Intercity and Soweto.
17. Construction of a public university in Chipata, Solwezi and Livingstone

Lesotho became the first African country to legalise Marijuna production. Marijuna contributes 15% of the GDP which is approximately 276.75 million USD annually, 90% of Marijuna produced in Lesotho is exported to South Africa.
In Zambia, Marijuna grows on its own and Zambian is 20 times bigger than Lesotho. We can make approximately 5.535 billion USD on Marijuna production annually.
However, we are comfortable having health facilities without medicine, civil servants getting K3400, bad roads and people still not having access to clean water.
Despite all these challenges, we have people taking pride in arresting and destroying the same thing that can help us... We paying idiots to go out there, use tax payers money to arrest people producing Marijuna to sustain themselves because the government has failed to give them jobs or opportunities.
We are waiting for a white man to tell us to use our brains and get rid of poverty.

We Zambians believe that God will come from heaven to solve our problems. So a Nation that declares a holiday in order to remind God of his responsibilities, to ask favour from God for reconciliation and improved economy
If you asked me, i would rather we legalized ma*****na, started selling it off before the whole World over takes us. South Africa, Lesotho, Canada and Now Botswana have just done it. What is stopping us from getting out of debt using g***a seeds? I have no doubt one day this will be done, but time is moving rather fast, the markets may soon get full as more and more countries realize the benefits of this plant! You invest so little in growing it and reap billions of dollars out of it, not to speak of its medicinal capabilities even!
