You are warmly invited to our School Open Day, which will be held on Friday, 4th September 2026, from 07:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs.

This is an important opportunity for you to:
✅ Meet and interact with your child’s teachers.
✅ Collect your child’s Mid-Term and End-of-Term Test/Mock Examination results.
✅ Discuss your child’s academic progress and overall performance.

Please come with your child/ward, who should be dressed in full school uniform.

📌 Important Reminder
Open Days for the First and Third Terms will be held on the official school closing days, while the Second Term Open Day will always be held on the Friday before schools reopen.

🎉 12B Celebrates Their Grade Teacher, Ms Mwanza’s Birthday 🎂🎈

Yesterday, the learners of Grade 12B came together to celebrate the birthday of their dedicated Grade Teacher, Ms Mwanza, in a heartwarming show of appreciation and gratitude.

The class marked the special occasion with joy, laughter, and thoughtful gestures, expressing their sincere thanks for Ms Mwanza’s unwavering guidance, encouragement, and commitment to their academic and personal growth. The celebration reflected the strong bond of respect and unity shared between the learners and their teacher.

♟️ CHILENJE B SECONDARY SCHOOL ATTENDS THE SILVEREST SCHOOLS CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP ♟️

Yesterday, Friday, 17th July 2026, Chilenje B Secondary School proudly participated in the Silverest Schools Chess Championship Series 01, competing in both the Boys’ and Girls’ categories.

The tournament provided our learners with a valuable opportunity to sharpen their strategic thinking, problem-solving, concentration, and sportsmanship while competing against some of the best young chess players from other schools.

Although the competition was tough, our learners demonstrated determination, discipline, and resilience throughout the tournament. We are proud of every player who represented the school with confidence and integrity.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the teachers, coaches, and parents who continue to support the growth of chess at Chilenje B Secondary School. Experiences like these help our learners develop not only as players but also as critical thinkers and future leaders.

Congratulations to all participating schools, and we look forward to even stronger performances in future tournaments.
