This is Nancy Chilufya Lutaba chanda, a young visionary, talented entrepreneur, station manager for LIFE TV /Fortress Media & founder of Nancy Chanda dreamchaser a non profit making initiative aimed at enriching youths with life skills in order for them to pursue their full potential through self actualization and personal development.
Through her life experience, Nancy saw the importance of mentorship for young ones and aimed to create an environment in which young people encourage each other through sharing life experiences, mentorship and supporting one anothers interest. From the time the initiative came into existence, 2016, Nancy has so far attracted more than 20 youths, who she mentors every saturdays, 14:00hrs at Fortress Media in olympia along mwaleshi road. Amongst those youths are school going children, street kids & school leavers.
She does this(mentorship) through inviting people with different professions, abilities & experiences. To mention a few Dreamchaser has attracted the likes of , Sam Sakala(Dope G), Limpo imboela a facilitator for SAT,Mr Bongani Kumar top floor manager, Nshamba Muzungu PR Lisaka Water and Sewarage, Julias Luwaya from Impact Hub Lusaka ,Edwin Chibanga and Marcus Goma from Fortress Media
