She holds an Executive MBA in Leadership and Wealth Creation from University of Lusaka (UNILUS), Zambia, another Executive MBA in General Business Administration from Eastern Southern African Managerial institute (ESAMI); Tanzania, Bachelors in Political Science and minor in Pre-Law from Jackson State University (JSU); USA, Associates Degree in Business Administration from Hinds Community College (HCC); USA, Certificate in Customer Service Delivery from Access School of Banking (ASB); Nigeria, Certificate in Diplomacy and International Studies from Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies (ZIDIS); Zambia and Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI). Associations: Member and Vice President Education of Toastmasters International (Lusaka Executive Club committee member) ,member of the Chartered Institute of Customer Management Zambia Limited, member of the PUSH Women’s Network and Member of the Institute of Director Zambia. We are specialized in Training Organizations, Schools, Groups and individuals for both Children and adults on Excellent Public Speaking skill, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Time Management, Customer service delivery and Team Work. Our goal is to create a worldwide culture that values Excellent Communication, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Time Management, Teamwork, Customers Experience and are excited about delivering an excellent service that is beyond the ordinary expectation (ToMwaRe is making thinking and delivering beyond NORMAL, NORMAL). To train and skill all individuals, groups and/or departments of different organization inclusive of schools, hospitals, churches, radio station to mention but a few on the importance and benefit of excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, time management and customer service delivery. We are focusing on high quality and cost-effective Public Speaking, Leadership, Customer Service, Team-Work and/or Team-Building improvement and implementations via training, presentations and/or outdoor activities.
