It has stood the test of time upto this very day and is yet to overcome more years. UNZAPHARMSA SCOOPS FIRST POSITION AT THIS YEAR’S ARTS NIGHT CHALLENGE 🥳

The UNIVERSITY OF ZAMBIA RIDGEWAY CAMPUS held its annual arts night challenge last Saturday 25th of July. Arts night been an event where different talents are showcased, UNZAPHARMSA actively participated in each category and we managed to scoop 1st position in female solo singing, rap, male dance, group signing and poetry‼️ That’s not all we managed to make it to top 3 in almost all categories 🔥
UNZAPHARMSA is blessed with so much talent.

To our participants who didn’t come out 1st in their categories, I hope you realize and understand that you are equally winners because your participation contributed to the overall score. We appreciate your efforts and hardwork, this is just the beginning of greater things🙌

And to our participants who managed to scoop 1st position in their categories, congratulations for emerging victorious. Thank you for sharing your talents with us and we wish you the best in your endeavors ‼️

To our final year students, thank you for sharing your talents and creativity with us for the last time. We shall definitely miss you😊

To all our students who showed up to support our participants on that day, thank you, you contributed to our win as your cheering and support gave confidence and courage to our participants 🙌

Lastly allow me to appreciate our projects coordinator and the entire UNZAPHARMSA executive for a job well done❤️

The University of Zambia Pharmacy Students Association (UNZAPHARMSA) proudly celebrates the participation of one of its Pharmacy student delegates at the 14th IPSF AfRO Pharmaceutical Symposium 2026, held in Kigali, Rwanda, from 17th to 27th July 2026.

Bringing together pharmacy students and young professionals from across Africa, the symposium has provided an exceptional platform for learning, leadership development, professional networking, and collaboration. The atmosphere has been truly inspiring, with meaningful discussions, the exchange of ideas, and the formation of lasting connections among future pharmacy leaders.

Organized by the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation African Regional Office (IPSF AfRO), this symposium reflects a shared commitment to advancing the pharmacy profession and strengthening healthcare systems across the continent.

We are proud to see our students representing both the University of Zambia and Zambia on the continental stage. We wish our delegate continued success as they gain valuable knowledge, build professional networks, and contribute to shaping the future of pharmacy in Africa.

2nd position wasn’t bad, it actually contributed to our win 🥇
