LAMOUR UNIVERSITY MOURNS PARAMOUNT CHIEF MPEZENI IV
Lamour University joins the nation in mourning the passing of Paramount Chief Mpezeni IV, the revered Inkosi Ya Makhosi of the Ngoni people. His death, announced today, marks the end of a remarkable era of traditional leadership, cultural preservation, and service to his people.
As a custodian of Ngoni heritage, Paramount Chief Mpezeni IV dedicated his life to promoting unity, peace, and the preservation of cultural values. His leadership extended beyond Eastern Province, inspiring generations of Zambians through his wisdom, humility, and commitment to national development.
The University extends its heartfelt condolences to the Royal Establishment, the Ngoni Kingdom, the bereaved family, including his daughter Justina Jere, grandchildren, and all the Ngoni people during this difficult time.
