What a wonderful Book Week our learners had📚✨
From our exciting Drop and Read activities, to creating beautiful book covers, watching heartwarming bedtime story videos shared by their peers from home, and enjoying a cozy Pajama Day, every moment celebrated the joy of reading and storytelling.
We wrapped up the week in style with a fantastic Costume Day, where our learners brought their favourite characters to life with creativity and enthusiasm.
Thank you to all our learners, parents, and staff for making this Book Week such a memorable and inspiring experience. Here's to nurturing a lifelong love for books and reading! ❤️📖

Happy Africa Freedom Day! 🇿🇲🌍
Today at Salud International School, we remember the courage of those who fought for our continent’s liberation. We teach our learners that freedom means unity, respect, and the chance for every child to dream big. May we raise a generation that honours the past and builds Africa’s future. Our little stars celebrated African Freedom Day with joy, making beautiful macaroni necklaces, reciting simple poems, and sharing delicious traditional dishes from different cultures.

First Aid Training: Because Safety Starts With Us

Last Friday, our staff at Salud International School rolled up their sleeves and took part in hands-on first aid training. From CPR to handling cuts, choking, and falls, our team is now better equipped to respond calmly and correctly when it matters most. 📸👇

Why does this matter?
Emergencies are unplanned. The first few minutes after an incident are critical, and the person nearest is usually a teacher, a friend, or a parent. First aid training gives us the confidence to act, not freeze.

With these skills, we can:
•Respond faster to playground injuries, fevers, or allergic reactions
•Prevent small incidents from becoming serious
•Reassure children with calm, competent care
