🌿 WHY PAMOJA? - Because the Early Years matter.
When you choose a school for your child, you are choosing much more than a classroom. You are choosing the place where they will build confidence, discover who they are, learn how to relate to others and, importantly, develop how they think and learn.
At Pamoja Children’s Learning Hub, we have created something intentionally different for children aged 2–8 year olds.
🌱 We believe in learning through play.
Children explore, investigate, create, build, question and discover. Play is not a break from learning — play IS learning.
🌱 We nurture the whole child.
Strong foundations in literacy and mathematics matter, but so do creativity, communication, independence, resilience, problem-solving and emotional wellbeing.
🌱 We value curiosity over simply getting the “right answer.”
We want children who ask Why? What if? How could I? — and who are brave enough to try.
🌱 We know every child is different.
Small learning groups allow us to know our children well, recognise their strengths and support them in the areas where they need to grow.
🌱 We are rooted in Ubuntu.
Children learn that *I am because we are.* Kindness, belonging, collaboration, respect for others and connection to our Zambian, African and international identity are part of how we learn together.
Most importantly, children should enjoy coming to school. ❤️
We want our children to leave Pamoja with strong foundations, but also with confidence in themselves, curiosity about their world and a genuine love of learning.
