Ladies & Gents, this serves to inform you that we will be having our 1st meeting on the 1st April, 2017 (this Saturday) to proceed with the *FORMER CHUNGA HIGH SCHOOLERS' RE-UNION* coordination talks.

Please, lets make it simple and straight.
Suggest the meeting place & time..(Ofcourse in Lusaka).

Note: the date is set...1st April, 2017. (Saturday)

RE-UNION DATE: 25TH MAY, 2017.

I officially announce the deadline for monetary and products delivery of the 'RE-UNION PLEDGES' to be 5th May, 2017. Then, 10th May, 2017 will be the day to know the total number of those that will be on board and complete the final compilation of the 'RE-UNION REGISTER'.

As a reminder, you can only deliver long lasting products on this day i.e. Rice, Spaghetti, Disposable utensils etc and not short ones i.e. Tomatoes, Green-papers etc.

Please, enquire further before taking an incomplete step. I believe the information is simple and clear. For a reference purpose you are advised to check on the 'RE-UNION BUDGET' . Meanwhile, pledging continues...Thanks...!!

25th May, 2017 was adopted for the *CHUNGA HIGH SCHOOL BOARD RE-UNION* after voting. I want to let you know that attached is the *RE-UNION BUDGET* which everyone is expected to pledge on and be reminded that this was done to carter for 50 participants. However, we still need a big family to join in and the budget will also be adjusted accordingly. We have been coordinating this via *Whatsapp* but, those of us not on whatsapp please, you are reqursted to make pledges on the comment box and don't forget to write your real names appearing on the national identities (NRC/Passport). The venue is also adopted to be *Tiffany*. We have 2 months to finish this all...Let the game of pledging begin..))Good luck..

For the Re-union we created a *Whatsapp group* and now we are choosing the day during May-July holidays. In May we have 25th-Thursday and in July we have 3rd and 4th-Monday and Tuesday.
