At the Mastercook academy we teach the kids about different ingredients, their health benefits, how they are grown/processed and which regions of the world they are found.

We talk about the different cultures surrounding food and teach how even though our cultures are different we are all the same!

This past holiday, we had a class where none of the kids knew anything about Chinese food or culture, but after the lesson and trying out some delicious recipes, it was agreed that the kids would be more open to trying out new dishes.
