BTU finishing up the 1st semester strong!

Last month, BTU students participated in our routine Community Transformation Initiative (CTI). They cleaned and painted the Kaunda Square Church of God. Pastor Passy Walishimba expressed his appreciation and joy for the student’s hard work and ministry.

Last week the students led an evangelistic outreach program using the Heart of Man charts, provided by Pastor Raymond Lombard. 52 People accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior by their personal confessions and made a commitment to attend the Matero Church of God nearby with Pastor Chuba.

After a couple challenging years of intermittent city power on our campus, solar power is finally being installed! Praise God!

October has been a very busy and highly productive month at BTU and God has been good to us. We have been blessed to host multiple guest lecturers (including our own Africa Field Director, Dr. Peter Thomas), faculty development training, police chaplaincy training, Community Transformation initiatives and a wonderful short term missions team from the US.

We are profoundly grateful for all our excellent guest professors who continue to come to BTU to pour into our students from all across Africa with the expertise and knowledge of their life’s work.

Thank you to all who prayerfully and financially support this vital seminary. Please continue to pray for the students, faculty, and staff at BTU. We have a great team and an exciting new year ahead. The best is yet to come.
