CHIPMUNKS LEARNING CENTER
An Inclusive, Holistic Special Education Community

Our Story
Chipmunks Learning Center was birthed by The Lusaka Hydrotherapy Centre.
Originally established to support children with physical disabilities and cerebral palsy, we recognized a greater need for inclusive education. Today, Chipmunks stands as a centre where every learner belongs.

Who We Support
Children with: ADHD โ€ข Autism Spectrum Disorder โ€ข Down Syndrome โ€ข Cerebral Palsy โ€ข Dyslexia โ€ข Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities โ€ข Physical Disabilities

Our Approach
We use a Holistic, Multi-Disciplinary Approach to learning.
Our team includes: Educational Psychologists, Special Education Teachers, and Therapy Specialists working together across all domains to help every child reach their full potential.

We are pleased to share that the Chipmunks Class celebrated Plant Day today.

The day was aimed at helping our learners understand and appreciate nature. During our activities we discussed:

1. What plants need to grow โ€“ sunlight, water, soil, and air
2. The importance of plants to us โ€“ they give us food, oxygen, medicine, and make our environment beautiful and clean
