The Community-based institution started operating in this present premises in 1953. Over the years the society has had different management Committees and tremendous progress had been made, particularly the extension of the original Nursery school to include a basic and High School. The school is managed by the parents at an Annual General Meeting (AGM). It is the policy of the association that th

e school be run on non-profit making basis. Hence the user fees are generally much lower than the private schools. But, this has not compromised the standards of education in the school.
