Look at how Jesus holds us. Not at arm's length, not with a lecture ready , just holding them close, the way you'd hold someone you refused to let go of.

That's the message behind this verse. The disciples were panicking about who could possibly be saved, and Jesus didn't answer with a strategy. He answered with nearness. With man, impossible. With God , the God who draws this close whom which all things are possible.

Whatever you're carrying that feels too far gone, His Heart isn't put off by it. Bring it to Him the way you are, and let Him hold it.

What a wonderful way to wrap up the term! 🎨✨ On July 31st, our amazing learners from both the lower and upper primary sections at Sacred Heart of Jesus School transformed their classrooms into a vibrant world of color and imagination for our end-of-term Art Attack.
It was truly heartwarming to watch the children dive into their projects, using paint, paper, and pure creativity to express their unique personalities and stories. Every brushstroke and masterpiece captured just how much joy they find in letting their imaginations run free. Thank you to all our wonderful parents for your continued support this term we are so proud of everything our young artists have achieved!

In a world that tells us to cling tightly to our comfort, our status, and our earthly desires, Jesus offers a completely different path. He calls us to hold the things of this world with an open hand, so that we can fully embrace the eternal life He has prepared for us.
Losing our life for His sake isn't about despair; it's about finding the abundant, everlasting life that only comes through surrender.

Today, we want to say thank you. To the teachers and staff who spent weeks organizing every event and stood in the sun cheering on every single child. And to the parents who didn’t just watch from the sidelines but showed up , to volunteer, to encourage, to be present we want to say a big thank you.
