A happy date was added to Young Africa Zambia's calendar on November 1, 2024, when the organization honored and celebrated 271 of its TVET students who had successfully finished courses in Computer Studies, Power Electrical, Hair Dressing and Cosmetology, Fashion Design and Textile Design, and Food Production.
We appreciate the support of the Mandevu CDF, the Matero CDF. the Katuba CDF and the parents. Special recognition and thanks to Hon. Christopher Shakafuswa Mandevu Member Of Parliament, the Guest of Honour. Councilor Elijah M. Mwenya and Madam Maureen Kanyanta Lungu Mamdevu CDF Vice Chairperson.

On 6th October, It was all jubilation and dancing for the Young Africa Zambia community, family, parents, friends, stakeholders and partners as the 272 young graduates celebrated their achievements in aquiring various TVET Skills.

On Friday, 06th October, 2023, Young Africa Zambia held a memorable graduation ceremony at it's SOS centre, where 272 young people graduated in TVET Skills(Food Production, Power Electrical, Cosmetology, Cutting & Designing and ICT). The 2022 academic year graduates were trained under the Skills2Live project in collaboration with Young Africa and funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Mozambique
The Honourable Member of Parliament for Mandevu constituency, Hon. Christopher Shakafuswa was guest of honour and handed over the certificates to the 272 graduates. Thank you hon. Shakafuswa for gracing the occasion.

On Friday 29th of September 2023, Young Africa Zambia hosted a careers fair where 220 grade 12 pupils from different schools came to the campus to learn the importance of earning a skill and becoming an entrepreneur.
