We’re seeking passionate teachers who love working with children and can create a safe Christian learning environment that nurtures both academic excellence and character growth.

👩‍🏫 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work & teaching aids
✅ Manage classrooms effectively
✅ Evaluate and support learner performance
✅ Plan extracurricular activities
✅ Provide remedial lessons where needed
✅ Use modern teaching methods & technology

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
• 5 O’ Level credits (including English & Mathematics)
• Diploma in Primary Education (for Primary Teachers)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (for Nursery Teachers)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a recognised school
• Computer literate and able to conduct online lessons.

Mature, responsible, innovative and able to work with minimal supervision.

Here is a quick glimpse into Clubs Day activities with the Scouts and Girl Guides who enjoyed hands-on learning activities.
The Girl Guides practiced making and decorating pancakes, while the Scouts focused on teamwork and neatness by learning how to properly make a bed. The day was filled with laughter, practical skills, and joyful engagement.

Journal writing is a key part of the daily routine for Lubu Road School learners, helping them to kick start their day on the right note.

Lubu Road School concluded the 2024 academic year with several activities: the upper school students took an educational trip to the Lusaka National Museum, where they gained valuable insights into Zambia's history. We also celebrated the graduation of our Reception and Grade 7 classes. To finish off the year, the school hosted a fantastic musical drama concert. We wish our students restful holidays and look forward to welcoming them back next year.

Enrolment for the 2025 academic year is underway, with available slots in all grades. Ensure your child secures a place at our school.

After a hectic year of studying and completing exams, it was time for our seventh-grade students to unwind. They were thrilled and eager for the enjoyable moments ahead as we anticipate a vibrant graduation ceremony in their honour.
Lubu School is glad to have had the opportunity to shape and guide the lives and minds of these young learners. We are confident that we have sufficiently prepared them not only for secondary school but for life too.
