Some prophets will never tell you dates, names, but will tell you, "do this, do not do that," "it shall be well with you," "God bless you."
As simple as that may sound, when you pay attention, a lot can change around you. It's not always that you will hear accuracy, accuracy is good but what you need is divine intervention, not accuracy always remember this. Not to say accuracy is bad, it's always part of what makes the prophetic office, what is it.
What backs the person speaking to you is what matters more than just being accurate. Others carry a higher measure.

Ministry is not for survival. Every pastor must understand that before anything else, God wants to touch His people and His people must develop discernment and a surrendered heart open to what God desires to do in their lives. The first thing every believer must be conscious of is, "I was created to worship God."
It would be wrong firstly for a Pastor to start a ministry because he wants to earn a living, secondly Pastor should not walk in church every Sunday with a mindset of how much money he will get out a service. Instead the spirit of pastor must be so aligned to God's spirit that the desire of pastor should be to see God do what He desires to do for His people every single sunday that comes by. It is this mindset i would love every believer to have from the pastor, to the members. We're not in ministry for survival.
If the love for God and fear of God is not growing in the people you're pastoring, it's either you're pastoring wrong members or you're in a wrong church as a pastor. The ultimate should be Jesus Christ revealed in pastor, in the members, in the church altogether. What is church if we are not becoming more like Jesus Christ? What is church if the fear of God is absent, what is church if the Love of our lord Jesus Christ is not in us? What is church if the fellowship of the Holyspirit is not with us?
