If dying becomes this cheap then we are slowly neglecting the inner voice that speaks to us inside. The moment we begin to tolerate or justify death without proper justice then we must accept that justice only favours some and leaves out some. Let's call it partial or selective justice.

Who even said, it's okay for people to die during elections? Who even set the standard that during elections it's either we will have serious casualties or someone will die for it to feel like an election happened in the country?

Should it be okay that someone has to cheaply lose a father, a mother, a brother, a sister, a friend, a companion because it's elections period?

Should we call it a coincidence that during elections we will either hear or read about someone missing, assaulted, or die and be okay with it?

Should we be preparing in advance that as elections approach, we're supposed to have caskets ready and get burial permits in advance because someone will eventually die?

I refuse to be in agreement that the election period must be a celebration for others and mourning period for some. Life shouldn't be lost this easily. We can all have our differences but losing a life shouldn't become a common trait of the election period. Zambia is bigger than all of us. Zambia belongs to everyone of us. Let's value life until true justice prevails, life must be valued. Let their be accountability, let's be responsible for one another. Zambia you can do better than this.

On a beautiful day to celebrate, I want to take advantage of this moment to thank God for sending i and the church my senior brother Elder Dumisani Lingamangali Ncube Official to be our guest preacher on Sunday 16th of August.
I don't know where to start, words may fail but Sunday was a memorable meaningful, fulfilling day.

I didn't see it coming this soon that I and the church Remnant Gospel Family Church would have the honour and privilege of hosting a such a powerhouse, a maverick, a pioneer, a man worth emulating in the person of Elder Dumisani not only that but to have him speak on my birthday celebration service was one of the best gifts I have ever received in my life. Sir, i honour you, i appreciate you and i am grateful for accepting to be part of this memorable day. You walked me in my new season with kindness, access and love. Indeed it was an extraordinary birthday. Thank you my senior brother.

To Remnant Gospel Family Church, I am totally, eternally grateful for all you did for me. May God richly bless you.

We learnt on a topic he entitled, "Becoming an extraordinary person."
2 kings 2:9-12.
The emphasis in brief was that if we're going to become extraordinary people, we have to be willing to;
1. Have a goal and stay focused on that goal.
2. Follow and learn from those who have ahead of us.
3. Ignore naysayers
4. You and i shouldn't be afraid to ask for what we want.

I sat like a student taking notes and I believe we shall never be the same. Be blessed.

Thank you once again to the church leader, the church at large and our guest for this meaningful and fulfilling day.

Congratulations Mr president. We're all looking upto you for a better Zambia. Hakainde Hichilema
