Training methods:

Every cosmetology school trains with dummies then once the student has grasped the foundation, I allow the students for the final exam to practice on a person

Why?

Because I don't want the student to mess up on a human being, I would rather you mess up on a dummy 😅. The foundation is important especially because it's what you build upon✍🏾So if you can't grasp the concept on a dummy, you won't go on a person 📍

We have all had an experience where someone you thought was professional was actually practicing on you😅it's not a good feeling teh?

So students and employers please don't be surprised if you see dummies during training
