Most pastors are spiritually powerful but structurally weak.
They can preach heaven, yet fail to execute vision on earth.

Moses had anointing — but without structure, people collapsed under pressure until Jethro introduced leadership systems (Exodus 18:17-23).
Nehemiah did not rebuild Jerusalem by prophecy alone. He mastered planning, delegation, timelines, security management, and resource coordination (Nehemiah 2:11-18).

The Kingdom of God does not only require revelation. It requires ex*****on.

A pastor who cannot manage projects will eventually mismanage people, finances, buildings, departments, conferences, and vision.

Jesus Himself operated with strategic precision:
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost…” — Luke 14:28

THE PASTOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT is not just a book.
It is a leadership weapon for pastors, bishops, ministry executives, and kingdom builders determined to move from chaos to strategic impact.

If your ministry must survive the future, you must master systems, leadership ex*****on, organizational intelligence, and project management.

Anointed leadership without structure eventually bleeds vision.

Read this book. Build with precision. Lead with wisdom.

Addressing important concerns.

Commonwealth International Seminary operates as a faith-based theological institution, and our primary mandate is the training and formation of ministers of the Gospel, not the provision of state-regulated professional qualifications.

We wish to clarify the following:

1. Accreditation Status
The Seminary holds accreditation and recognition through international ecclesiastical and theological bodies, including the Association of Independent Christian Colleges & Seminaries (AICCS) and St. Martin’s Center for Research Accreditation Commission and its affiliates. These bodies specifically serve faith-based institutions whose mandate differs from secular higher education systems.

2. Position Regarding the Higher Education Authority (HEA)
We acknowledge that we are not currently registered with the Higher Education Authority of Zambia. HEA registration applies primarily to institutions offering qualifications intended for integration into the national academic and professional framework.

3. Nature of Our Programmes
Our programmes are ministerial, theological, and ecclesiastical in orientation, designed for:
- Pastoral leadership
- Church governance
- Biblical scholarship
- Ministry development
They are not positioned as substitutes for state-accredited degrees required for public sector employment or regulated professions.
4. Transparency to Prospective Students
We remain committed to full transparency. Prospective students are encouraged to enroll with a clear understanding that our qualifications are intended for ministry, church leadership, and personal theological development, rather than civil service or statutory professional pathways.
We respect the role of the Higher Education Authority in regulating public higher education in Zambia and remain open to future engagement where appropriate.
For further clarification, individuals are welcome to contact the Seminary directly.
