WE CHOOSE JESUS
Even though the world has so much to offer us, we choose Jesus because only Jesus can offer us everlasting purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
Purpose in the world is temporary.
Meaning in the world is temporary.
Fulfillment in the world is temporary.
But what Jesus offers lasts forever.
Jesus offers eternal life.
Jesus offers eternal peace.
Jesus offers eternal joy.
What Jesus wants for us is not some temporary satisfaction that will pass away when we die.
What Jesus wants for us is eternal satisfaction.
And that can only be found in following Him.
He leads us to God.
He leads us to goodness.
He leads us to paradise.
And if we know Him - if we follow Him - He promises that is our future.
Jesus > all the world has to offer...
Because only Jesus has conquered the world (John 16:33).
The peace that God gives us when our focus is on Him is unexplainable.
