Day 3: Understanding of Climate Justice

On the 16 April, 2024, we dived deep into understanding Climate Justice and Gender issues. Climate Justice was handled by Mr Philip Kilonzo, head of policy, advocacy and communications at Pan African Climate Justice Alliance. A consortium of more than 1000 organizations across Africa and the global south. The Gender and Climate Change was handled by Samantha Munang'andu, Gender and Project Coordinator at ActionAid Zambia.

It was so amazing and educational to learn more from local and international experts in this field. Advocacy for Climate Change Education is thrilled and delighted to bring youths and influencial participants from across Zambia being trained to become Climate Educators and Champions. This is a five year flagship project to build capacity of young people and people at the frontline of the climate crisis. Looking forward to Day 4 today as we dig deeper and deeper into the key topics with Mr Abel Musumali of The Abel Musumali Foundation.

Thank you so much.
