Aerobics with school learners builds strong hearts, improves focus, and makes physical education fun. Rhythmic movement helps children burn extra energy and sharpens their minds for classroom learning. We enjoy working out together as a school at Our Lady's Convent School. Closing Day was lit aa some parents and teachers joined in.

Today our learners put theory into practice. G7A learners stepped into the shoes of software engineers. In Technology Studies, they did Break Making, they were very innovative and creative as they enjoyed practicing Making strong blocks as a team.

While G7B made Friday taste delicious! They practised Kitchen safety and knife skills today when preparing a healthy budget-friendly stir-fry of Chicken kebabs, vegetable Salads and braii making. Parents you might have a chef 👨‍🍳 ready to cook dinner this weekend.
