Yesterday children had a beautiful experience as they were demonstrating the type of stitches learnt.

A teacher is a guide, a mentor, and a source of inspiration. Beyond teaching lessons from books, a teacher shapes character, builds confidence, and nurtures the potential in every child. A good teacher does not just give knowledge but lights the path for learners to discover their own abilities and dreams. Teachers play the role of parents at school, counselors in times of need, and motivators when learners feel discouraged. 5th June 2025 – Theme : Inspiring the Future

Damuku Kids Community School proudly held its 4th annual Careers Day Celebration on 5th June 2025, bringing together students, teachers, parents and local professionals for a vibrant and inspiring event aimed at broadening young minds about future career possibilities.

The day was filled with engaging presentations, interactive sessions and hands-on activities led by professionals from various fields including healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, soldiers and policemen.

School Headteacher Mrs Kaira expressed gratitude to all who made the event a success, emphasizing the school’s commitment to empowering children with knowledge and inspiration for a better future.

As Damuku Kids Community School continues to grow, Careers Day remains a key event that nurtures dreams, builds confidence and connects learners to the broader world of work and opportunity.
