🌿 Adventure called, and our “no, I can’t cook” turned into “pass me the spatula, I’ve got this!” 🍳🔥 What started as a simple outdoor kitchen quickly became a five-star chef’s yard, complete with sizzling flavors, big smiles, and even bigger surprises! 🌟👩🍳👨🍳

Our incredible teachers watched in awe as their students chopped, stirred, and served up magic effort and heart on every plate. ❤️🍽️ The great outdoors never fails to be the ultimate safe space for unlocking inner potential, and our Ndola Trust champions proved just how far they can go when given the chance. 🙌✨

🔥 CRUCIBLE LUSAKA – DONE. TRANSFORMED. DIFFERENT. 🔥

This past week, we had the honour of hosting the incredible team from Crucible Lusaka for a powerful leadership journey at CREED School of Leadership.

Through challenge, reflection, discomfort, laughter, and deep conversation participants were stretched beyond the ordinary and invited into something greater:

✨ Abuntu (I am because we are)
✨ Integrity under pressure
✨ Leadership without applause

At CREED, we believe leadership is not taught in classrooms alone.
It is experienced.
It is wrestled with.
It is reflected on.

From early morning breakthroughs to late afternoon debriefs, this cohort leaned in fully and that’s where transformation happens.

The Crucible is not just a program.
It is a mirror.
It is a refining fire.
It is a reminder that true leadership begins within.
