TODAY, WE LEAD HER. TODAY, WE BEGIN THE JOURNEY.
Africa does not need women to simply wait for opportunities. Africa needs women who are ready to create opportunities, lead communities, build solutions and shape the future.
Today, we officially launch the LEADHer Fellowship – 1st Cohort, under the powerful theme:
“Empowering Women, Transforming Africa.”
👩🏾💼 50 Girls.
💡 50 Community Solutions.
🌱 One powerful leadership journey.
From August to November, 50 young women will be equipped with leadership skills, knowledge, networks and opportunities to turn their ideas into meaningful action within their communities.
And this is bigger than a fellowship.
It is about preparing a generation of African women who are ready to speak up, take space, access opportunities, engage with institutions, build networks, solve problems and contribute to the Africa We Want.
The LEADHer Fellowship is inspired by the vision of Agenda 2063 — an Africa driven by its people, where women and young people are not left behind, but are active participants in shaping the continent's future.
And today, we have an incredible lineup!
We are honoured to welcome:

Hon. Williams Carew
