318 Applications. We see every application as it comes in. Our Recruitment, Registration of Trainees, Trainee, Identifying matches, Virtial Interviews and placements is not as overwhelming as we initially thought but it requires thorough work. Simply put, we can't provide people we don't have. We also just can't enroll anyone wanting to rush the process, and because our training goes beyond just teaching how to clean, Code of Conduct during our 3 week training has also become a focal point.

The relief we get when client's give feedback pales in comparison with the feedback we get from the Placed Trainees 👇🏽. They are good homes and families in Zambia 🇿🇲 ❤️

175 applications !!! There is a very real crisis in domestic staffing..households are struggling to find reliable, trained help, and workers are being placed without proper preparation or protection.

I now see how our demand for "I need someone urgently" has created this mess. The demand is so high that anyone can supply you with anyone quickly. And this person should Clean Well, Cook Well, Do Laundry Well, and even look after a baby Well? 😳

In just 4 weeks of operating we quickly knew we wouldn't be pressured to do emergency placements. We don't cut corners. Every candidate is trained, vetted, and matched with the right household, not just the first available one.

I sit here everyday making sure I look attend to every application whether you applied today or weeks ago. This system may very well slowly make honest hardworking people be motivated to work.
