FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR WORK PERFORMANCE.

1. When your supervisor always sends same favourite people for work shops or outreach programs and you are always left out. The only time you are sent out is for meeting which has no allowance. This brings frustrations. Everyone subordinate must be remunerated in one way or another.

2. When you transfer social problems like marital issues or relation ships from home to work. Differentiate and resolve your personal problems. We all have problems as long as we are on earth. Sort out your problems with your spouse at home and let your work not be affected.

3. When you ve a preconceived mentality of I know it all attitude. You don't want to take any correction from any one. You will pick quarrels with work mates over minor issues.

4. Rigidity and single opinionated mindset. All that you know is not all that there's is to know. There is a lot to learn. Have an open mind.

5. When you don't want to upgrade and then the young ones are progressing and begin to supervise you. You can't use your age to be in charge. Your highest qualification speaks volumes. You may say there are no positions now, but who knows what the future holds.

6. When you have unsorted issues like double deductions of loans from banks and some insurance company is deducting without your authorisation.

7. When you have pride, arrogance and bucket of bitterness leaking from your heart. You don't want to report for work in good time. When the supervisor correct you, you take it personal.

8. When you like gossiping and live among people with negative attitude. What goes round comes round. Your mouth is ever itching to gossip. Change is inevitable and progressive. Have an open mind and learn to live in harmony with your friends. Look forward for work today and see you at the top.
