Meet Mwiinga Hichingabula who served as the Secretary General for the IIA CBU Students Chapter during the 2025/2026 academic year. In this role, he upheld discipline in every delivery, ensuring that communication, administration, and coordination were carried out with precision and accountability.

Recognized for his consistency and dedication, Mwiinga acted as the vital link between executive leadership and the student body. His responsibilities included coordinating initiatives and ensuring that every office within the chapter acted accordingly to their roles, fostering order, accountability, and professionalism across the executive team.

Currently a final‑year Bachelor of Business Administration student at the Copperbelt University, Mwiinga has demonstrated resilience and strategic thinking in balancing academic excellence with executive responsibilities. He believes that leadership is not about titles but about service and impact.

Meet Blessings Kalengo Shilo,
Blessings Kalengo Shilo is a fourth year Accountancy student at The Copperbelt University who served as President of the Institute of Internal Auditors CBU Student Chapter for the 2025/2026 academic year, having previously served as Programs Coordinator in 2024. He is a graduate of the Guiding Stars Mentorship Programme and the Live the Dream Mentorship Programme, and served as a tutor for Principles of Management under the Zambia Institute of Marketing during the 2023/2024 academic year.

Meet Meebelo Kabeleka,

Meebelo Kabeleka served as the Finance Secretary of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) – Copperbelt University Student Chapter. As an Accountancy student at the Copperbelt University, he brought integrity, professionalism, and accountability to the executive team, ensuring the chapter’s finances were managed effectively and transparently.

During his tenure, Meebelo oversaw the chapter’s financial records, managed receipts and expenditures, spearheaded budget preparation and ensured the responsible disbursement of funds. He also worked closely with the executive committee to support the successful ex*****on of the chapter’s activities.

His commitment to accountability, attention to detail and dedication to serving the chapter made him a valued member of the executive team. We thank Meebelo for his outstanding service and wish him continued success in his academic and professional journey.

Mutuna Lufeyo is a passionate and dedicated member of the IIA CBU Students Chapter who believes that leadership is about serving others and creating opportunities for growth. Throughout his time in the chapter, he has remained committed to building a supportive environment where members feel encouraged to participate, work together, and contribute to the chapter's success.

As Chief Operations Officer, Mutuna has focused on strengthening teamwork, improving coordination, and ensuring that the chapter continues to grow through collaboration and shared purpose. Chama Charles is a third-year Business Administration student at The Copperbelt University who served as Librarian of the Institute of Internal Auditors CBU Student Chapter during the 2025/2026 academic year. He previously served as a Financial Accounting Tutor, where he developed a strong passion for helping fellow students understand and engage better with their studies.

He is a calm, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who values responsibility, consistency, and service to others. Throughout his time in leadership, he has been guided by a genuine interest in supporting others and contributing meaningfully to group success rather than seeking attention.

During his tenure as Librarian, he was responsible for organizing and managing academic resources for chapter members, ensuring that materials were accessible and well-structured to support learning and professional development.

He values growth, teamwork, and continuous learning, and carries these into everything he does.
