The president of Public Policy Institute of Zambia, Mr. Fabian Chewe, speaking at a consultative forum organized by Zambia Revenue Authority during the launch of electronic mineral monitoring system. The president of PPIZ emphasized the need for a robust and comprehensive monitoring system to curb tax avoidance which has seen Zambia loosing close to $29 billion dollars in the last 9 years.
