π€ Role summary
We are hiring a results-driven Educational Sales Consultant / Enrollment Counselor to handle student enquiries, counsel prospects, manage applications, coordinate visa and document workflows, and support marketing + CRM follow-ups from our Kitwe main branch.
This role is ideal for someone confident with people, highly organized, and comfortable working with computers and online systems. No experience is required (training is provided), but experience in sales, education consultancy, travel, customer service, or admin is an added advantage.

Key responsibilitiesπ―
Student recruitment and counseling
Receive and respond to walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp/Telegram enquiries, and social media DMs
Educate clients on study destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.) and intake timelines
Conduct needs assessment (budget, grades, preferred country, career goals) and recommend suitable pathways/programs
Convert leads into paying clients through ethical sales and strong follow-up
π Admissions, documentation, and visa support
Guide clients through application steps and document readiness (checklists, formatting, timelines)
Support visa preparation and interview readiness (without making false promises)
Track client progress from enquiry β application β decision β visa β pre-departure
βοΈ Travel and pre-departure coordination
Assist with flight booking support, basic travel planning, and accommodation guidance as part of pre-departure support
Coordinate time zones for international calls/appointments (and use correct country codes for dialing/WhatsApp)
ποΈ CRM, reporting, and admin
Maintain accurate client records and pipeline stages in a CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho or similar)
Prepare simple weekly reports: leads, conversions, active applications, pending documents, follow-up lists
Support events, school outreach, education fairs/webinars, and office operations when needed
π£ Marketing support (basic)
Create and post simple content using Canva and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Support campaigns and lead generation in the local Kitwe market
π§° Tools and platforms you should be comfortable using
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (must be strong on documents + spreadsheets)
Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets, Calendar/Meet
Canva (flyers, posts, short promos)
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho (or willing to learn quickly)
Notion (or similar) for internal tracking and knowledge base
WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Zoom/Google Meet
Online application portals and document upload systems (training provided)
Travel research/booking tools (airline sites, Google Flights, booking platforms; training provided)
π Minimum requirements
Must be currently based in Kitwe and available to work on-site daily
Diploma in any relevant field (Education, Business, Marketing, Public Administration, Social Sciences, ICT, etc.)
Degree is an added advantage
Strong spoken and written English (professional email and messaging)
Good communication, confidence, and customer handling skills
Must be detail-oriented (documents, dates, names, passport details must be accurate)
Must have a passport OR be willing to obtain one (required for some work processes and client support workflows)
Must be legally eligible to work in Zambia (NRC/Citizenship required)

Any experience in admissions, visa support, sales, customer service, admin, travel/tours, or social media marketing
Familiarity with study abroad processes, IELTS support, or education counseling
