CHAPTER PRESIDENT
Meet Chimwemwe Tembo, the President of the ZICA CBU Chapter. Chimwemwe is a leader whose journey to the top office has been built through years of consistent, dedicated service to the chapter and its members.
He is known for his people-centered leadership, his commitment to the growth of every member, and his ability to bring people together around a shared purpose. With clear vision and a heart for service, Chimwemwe leads by example, always putting the interests of the members and the chapter first.
He rose through the ranks steadily, starting out as a committee member before taking on greater responsibilities that prepared him for the presidency. Chimwemwe also served as Vice Chairperson of the Student Health Awareness Society (SHAS) Electoral Commission, where he helped ensure fair and transparent processes within the society. He was also trained as a Peer Educator, equipping him with the skills to guide and support fellow students.
As President, Chimwemwe’s priority in leadership is to ensure the wellbeing of members, their academic success, and their professional growth.
Chimwemwe’s commitment to the chapter is evident through the time, dedication, and passion he brings to its growth and the welfare of its members. Through his leadership, he continues to inspire a culture of excellence, unity, and purpose within the ZICA CBU Chapter, leaving a lasting impact on all those he leads.
