It happens through the relationship between teachers, mentors, and learners. Therefore, if we truly want to transform education in our country, we must look beyond examinations and testing and focus on the quality and transfer of knowledge from those who teach to those who learn.

Testing measures what a learner knows, but quality teaching determines what the learner has the opportunity to know.

We must therefore invest in powerful, knowledgeable, well-trained, and motivated teachers.

Because no country can ultimately be more educated than the quality of the people entrusted with educating its citizens.
