AMAGWINYA

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️4 cups flour
◾️1 tsp yeast
◾️1 cup sugar (you can add less)
◾️6 tsp butter
◾️1 tsp salt
◾️1 cup warm water

🌟 PROCEDURE

◾️Mix dry ingredients.

◾️Use hand to combine butter with flour.

◾️Add warm water.

(If dough is too wet add flour.)

(You will know it's ready if the dough doesn't stick on to your hands when kneading.)

◾️Let it rise for an hour.

◾️Mix again and let it rise for another hour.

◾️To get the round shape apply oil on your hands and roll the dough into a ball.

◾️Deep-fry in enough oil.
