Today sunflowers are ready to get into the earth. We are super excited!!

Also we try not to forget to pass down to the little ones whatever we can.Our knowledge and interactions with Rachael and Kafulala are worth more than gold.

WE LOST EVERYTHING!! - EPISODE 2 We are back with another peek into our lives off the grid so far. A few major set backs that we had to over come but the Shapi Grind continues!

EVERY SEEDS PURPOSE IS TO GROW..

-If it is put in nutritious soil, soil that is prepared for the sole purpose of growing something
-If it is handled with care and prepared or gotten ready for planting by soaking
-If it is watered after it is put in the soil
-If it gets enough warmth and sunlight..
IT WILL GROW…
It is the sole purpose of a seed to grow so that it may also one day produce other seeds to grow.

Same applies to us.

We knew as the Shapi’s our sole purpose was to help people.. to grow ourselves and then later others.
In order for us to fulfill that we knew
-we needed to be in the right surroundings.. a nutritious productive safe surrounding
-we needed to get ourselves ready, to prepare and care for ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually as individuals and as a family
- For as long as we have courage and continue persevering the one who waters, will water and we will grow.Opportunities will always present themselves as long as you’re looking.Faith is the key
-If we get enough opportunities and good energy coming our way at some point we must achieve our goals and complete the vision we have for our family and the lives we wish to impact. So at some point however slow the pace, WE MUST GROW…

Duckweed & Azolla Day! We are putting this amazing superfood into the ponds we dug last week! This will be our organic source of feed for our livestock.
