A leader understands that every person was created to fill a need. Everyone has an ability that no one else has and is indispensable in the world.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Mistakes make us human. Failures help us grow. Hope keeps us going. And love is the reason we're alive. Keep learning, loving, and living.
Sometimes, we need to be hurt in order to grow. We must lose in order to gain. Sometimes, some lessons are learned best through pain.
