In my interaction with high net worth people I have seen how they are more focused on their cashflow than on owning things. I have come to learn that you can be asset rich but cashflow poor. In your pursuit of financial stability take time to study cashflow and learn everything you can. See how this applies to your personal finance. You have heard. Now go buy land.
