knowledge management is very important in all places of work as this help to retain knowledge within the firm. People with talents will always retire, get promoted, pass away and transferred leaving gaps behind. This gap can only be closed when u have managed each employees' knowledge nicely. So, as a knowledge manager, I urge all firms, institutions and organizations to make sure that knowledge managers are invited to help them manage the knowledge of their employees for the betterment of the firm.
