Position: SALON MANAGER
Slayed By Oddy - Kabwe

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Salon Manager to join our growing team.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Full Grade 12 Certificate (minimum qualification)
Certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Salon Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional training in customer service, leadership, or marketing will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working in a salon or beauty industry
Experience in supervising staff or managing a team
Good understanding of salon operations, appointment bookings, stock management, and client care
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic financial management and bookkeeping knowledge
Sales and marketing skills for promoting salon services and products
Computer literacy and familiarity with booking/payment systems

ADDED ADVANTAGE
Knowledge of social media marketing
Experience working with luxury or bridal clientele
Ability to train and mentor junior staff
Must be available to start work immediately

AGE
