NOTICE | Examination Centres Required to Adhere to 6th March 2026 Candidate Registration Deadline.

Registration of candidates for the 2026 examinations which commenced on 10th November, 2025 is scheduled to end on 6th March, 2026. However, our monitoring of the Online Candidate Registration System indicates that some examinations centres have not yet started registering candidates.

This notice serves as a reminder to the examinations centres to ensure they register candidates timely, to avoid inconveniences.

Kindly note that the requirement for the birth certificate or birth record number is not mandatory for the 2026 candidate registration. Parents or Guardians are required to promptly confirm the details of the candidates as soon as they receive the email or text message to facilitate timely completion of the registration process.

Please note that there will be no extension in the registration period.

How to apply for validation and evaluation of qualifications on the ZAQA Qualifications Management System (QMIS)
No need to certify

1. www.zaqa.gov.zm Click Apply Online
2. Click sign up, select account type and add requested information
3. Activate Account: Check your email for account activation link and click on it
4. Click Menu Bar on the top left of the screen and select Validation and Evaluation
5. Select Apply and fill in personal details (save and continue)
6. Download and fill Consent form
7. Attach a clear copy of your passport or NRC (front and back) as one document
8. Attach a copy of your Qualification and select the Country where it was issued, proceed to click add. If you have more than one qualification, click add more to continue.
9. Attach signed consent form under submission and click submit
10. An invoice will be issued indicating the amount to pay and your application ID number.
11. If paying at the bank, kindly indicate your full names and application ID on the deposit slip, which you should email to [email protected]. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Please note that you cannot attach the receipt on the portal system.
