In collaboration with Liebherr Zambia Limited, we are launching a Technical Excellence Programme to develop the next generation of heavy equipment specialists. We need someone passionate about developing others, sharing knowledge, and shaping future technical talent.
Role Details:
• Position: Instructor - Advanced Heavy Duty Mechanic.
• Location: Chongwe District, Lusaka Province.
• Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract.
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours (excluding public holidays).
Key Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mining Equipment Engineering.
• Diploma in Teaching Methodology.
• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of instructional experience.
What You Will Do:
• Deliver practical and theoretical training in heavy-duty machinery maintenance.
• Design and develop detailed lesson plans covering topics like Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, CANBUS, Diagnostics, and Telematics.
• Supervise workshop-based practical training and guide trainees in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagnostics.
