What are you throwing out there?
Most people are not mindful of this concept. Like throwing a rock into water. It creates a wave of energy that spreads out in all directions. Even back to the person that threw the rock. The Energy we put out to the Universe is like this. It expands to reach every part of the Universe that it can. But it also returns back towards the source sooner or later.
We don’t know how fast it will travel or when it will return to us, but it will. All defined theories agree to this concept. Whether it is Law of Attraction, Karma, or even Quantum Physics. Energy attracts like Energy.
What we put out there will always return to us. And most of the time energized even more.
The problem most have is the timely expectations. We want it to come back at a precise time. We don’t get to choose when it returns. We are just assured that it will return.
Indeed, if you are releasing catabolic or negative energy, you can bet it will return at the most inopportune time.
This is why we must be mindful and present of the Energy we are using at any given moment and acknowledge that this very Energy is going to return to us eventually.
Be mindful and present.
Know your Energy.
Release what you want back.
Be the Energy you want to experience.
