At URAI, we are committed to preparing learners to take part in these spaces.

The journey across South Africa’s innovation hubs has been incredible, but the MICT SETA National Skills Challenge Hackathon is not done yet. Before we crown our national champions, the is making its final regional stop in Johannesburg.

We are bringing this high-stakes, 48-hour challenge to the City of Gold, and this is the last chance for Gauteng’s developers, designers and 4IR visionaries to step into the arena.

Date: 30 - 31 March 2026
Goal: Turning code into national impact.
The Stakes: A share of R200,000 in prizes for the top innovators.
