An academy that aims to stand out amongst all academies as their slogan states, "We Are Game Changers". Vision : We ought to stand out amongst the rest of all the academies that exist all around our surrounding areas as our slogan states “We are the game changers.” We’re more focused on changing how the academies are viewed and operate by going an extra mile and putting in extra hard work, effort
and working towards being recognised by the government and developing it into a private school, which is our 9 years plan thus far. Mission : We set the bar so ridiculously high that even failure itself fails to reach it. By simply working on improving our weak areas and studying the market, working towards being outstanding among all our competitors. Short Term Goals : Taking into consideration their behaviour which affects their performance, the action that I’d be taking is making sure that I attend each and every one of them and trying to find out how much helpful is the academy and how valuable is it to them. And taking an oath to oblige with the rules and regulations in the contracts they’d be signing on the 2nd term so as to ensure the seriousness of this academy and failure to comply would result to immediate suspension from the academy while awaiting a hearing with the disciplinary committee. I believe their focus will be gathered in one place and they’d be able to take their academics much more serious.
