📘 What guides CPD requirements?
Your CPD obligations are set out in two key Council documents:

➡️ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Policy (2021)
➡️ Norms and Standards for CPD (2019)

✔️ CPD is a registration requirement for social workers and social auxiliary workers
✔️ Points must be accumulated from a mix of activities (not only one type)
✔️ Both group and individual learning activities count
✔️ You must be able to show evidence of learning, not only attendance
✔️ The key forms are:
