🩷 HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY! 🩷

Today we celebrate the incredible women who bring strength, kindness, courage and heart into the lives of those around them.

In so many different ways, women inspire the next generation to dream, to believe in themselves and to become all they can be.

Here’s to every woman, every journey and every difference you make. 🌸

Happy Women’s Day from the F**T.SCHOOL family!

Term 3 is officially underway, and we can't wait to see our athletes grow, challenge themselves and enjoy every step of the journey.

Here's to an incredible Term 3 filled with energy, determination and unforgettable moments. Let's make it count!

Today we celebrate more than a legacy. We celebrate a way of living. 🇿🇦

Every race begins with a single step.
Every champion starts with someone who believed in them.
Every act of kindness creates a ripple that reaches further than we may ever know.

At F**T.SCHOOL, we believe that sport is about more than medals. It's about building character, serving others, showing respect, and creating opportunities for every child to grow.

As Nelson Mandela reminded us:
"It is in your hands to create a better world."

Today, may we choose encouragement over criticism, kindness over convenience, and action over intention.

Because the greatest legacy we can leave isn't what we achieve, it's the lives we inspire along the way.

Happy Mandela Day!

💙🧡 Happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandads, uncles, and father figures in our F**T.SCHOOL family.

Thank you for the wisdom you share, the guidance you give, and the example you set every day.

Thank you for teaching our children to be brave when things are difficult, humble in success, resilient in setbacks, and confident in who they are.

Your encouragement, patience, and belief help shape far more than athletes, they help shape young people of character.

Today we celebrate the men who lead with strength, kindness, and integrity, and whose impact will be felt for years to come.

Happy Father's Day.

🌸 To every woman who showed up with love, patience and care…

Happy Mother’s Day from F**T.SCHOOL

WORK IS THE POINT.

Not the grind. Not the hustle myth. The real kind.

The rep that doesn't feel like progress until one day it does.
The parent who drives late because they believe in something.
The coach who stays late not because they have to, but because it matters.

At F**T.SCHOOL, we're built around a simple truth:
Discipline is work. Growth is work. Becoming is work.

Today, we honour the work.
