All the interventions are firstly designed using outcomes based learning methodology, ensuring that the focus is on end results, with a strong practical and workplace orientation. Maurice Lancaster & Associates comprise an extremely skilled pool of facilitators, with experience across industries, functional levels and occupations. All facilitators are ‘hand-picked’ and undergo a rigorous selection process, as well as an upskilling phase to be able to offer you, the client, the quality you deserve. All our interventions are designed to ensure practice, application and ultimately behaviour shift. Our working sessions have a strong focus on real-plays, simulations, practical customised activities and templates so the learner can apply in the workplace after the learning experience. We assist our clients with the full learning process from before the ‘formal’ working session, to back-on-the-job transference of skill and knowledge.
