Leap Discipleship Year

Leap Discipleship Year Leap Discipleship Year is a one year discipleship program, that trains you for life and ministry. TMT is a ministry of Joshua Generation Church.

We operate within the context of the local church, with a focus placed on both theoretical learning & practical application through direct experience. Jesus is our model in all things & our goal is to train our students in the way He walked with His disciples on a day-to-day basis. We aim to develop students to live with a dynamic relationship with God resulting in individuals, encountered by a living God, changed & ready to bring change & be effective in whatever they set out to do.

Here’s what you need to know📋:

HOW TO ENTER📝:
1. FILM YOUR LEAP OF FAITH: Grab your phone and tell the world about a leap of faith you've taken - or the one you're about to take. Real and honest beats polished. It needs to be 60 seconds or less 🎥
2. POST, TAG, HASHTAG: Post your video publicly on Instagram, Facebook and/or WhatsApp and tag . Make sure to add the hashtag to make your entry valid. If you use your WhatsApp status, you need to add our contact +27 71 6888 979 and mention us so we can see your status 📲
3. NOMINATE 2 FRIENDS: Tag two friends in your post and challenge them to share their own leap of faith. If they post too, they get entries and so do you! For a maximum of 3 entries per person🗳️

Entries open TODAY and close 8 OCTOBER 2026 00:00 ⏰ The Leap staff will choose the top 5 videos and then the winner will be drawn at random on 9 OCTOBER 2026 at the launch of the new Leap campus 🎉

This competition is open to prospective AND current students, for South Africans and internationals. The winner would still need to go through the Leap application process - aka winning doesn’t guarantee acceptance into the programme 🥸 The prize is awarded as a bursary/scholarship for 2027 only. It is non-transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash, and
no alternative will be offered 🙂‍↕️

In 2020, Chloe came into Leap completely burnt out from working overtime in paediatrics, with a lot of question linked to her faith. God was gracious in using Leap to do so much more than she could’ve figured out by herself🙏
