Cagefit is a mixed martial arts(MMA) Club residing in Welkom Freestate. Mondays we have Muay Thai class from 6pm to 7pm Followed by a fitness class from 7pm to 8pm. Tuesdays we have Kickboxing class from 6pm to 7pm followed by strength training from 7pm to 8pm. Wednesdays we have Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class from 6pm to 7pm. Thursdays we have a Sparring session from 6pm to 7pm followed by a fitness class from 7pm to 8pm. Come by the club and test yourself.
